Hi, my name is Joci Reis
ABOUT ME
I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 14 years of experience helping people feel better in their bodies — through food, movement, and a deeper understanding of what their health actually needs.
Born and raised in southern Brazil, I completed my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at PUCRS before moving to Sydney in 2012. Since then, I've built a practice grounded in clinical expertise and genuine curiosity about the whole person — not just the presenting complaint.
My qualifications include accreditation with Dietitians Australia, a Master of Public Health from the University of Newcastle, and FODMAP Dietitian training through Monash University. I'm also a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher, which shapes the way I think about movement, recovery, and the mind-body connection in my work with clients.
I specialise in weight management, hormonal health, gut function, and the kind of nuanced cases that don't fit neatly into a single category. My clients include busy professionals, women navigating hormonal transitions, and people who've tried everything and are ready for a different approach.
“I believe lasting change happens when nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset are working together — not in isolation.”
Whether you're dealing with digestive issues, working through hormonal imbalances, or simply wanting to feel more in control of your health, I'll meet you where you are and build something that actually fits your life.
