ABOUT ME
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Sydney with over 12 years of experience supporting clients on their journey to better health.
Born and raised in southern Brazil, I completed my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at PUCRS—one of Brazil’s leading private universities—before relocating to Sydney in 2012. Since then, I’ve become accredited with Dietitians Australia and have continued to expand my expertise with a Master of Public Health from the University of Newcastle and FODMAP Dietitian training through Monash University, among other qualifications.
In addition to my work in nutrition, I’m a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher, bringing movement and mindfulness into my practice to support whole-body health.
